Before you even think about running ads, you need to know what you’re selling and who it’s for. If your offer feels unclear, if your messaging isn’t dialed in, if you haven’t really sold it yet, ads are just going to highlight that problem faster.
Ads work best when you already have something that’s working, that people are saying yes to and something you feel confident putting more money behind.
If that’s not there yet, that’s your next step… not ads.

Where are you actually sending people? If someone clicks on your ad, what happens next?
Do they land on something that makes sense and that clearly tells them what to do? It should invite them to take the next step.
This could be a freebie, a waitlist, a simple landing page… but there needs to be a path. Otherwise you’re just paying for attention without actually building anything from it.

This is the part no one loves to hear. Ads take time.
You don’t turn them on and magically make money the next day. They need time to learn, to adjust, to find the right people. Which means you have to be willing to let them run…even when it feels a little uncomfortable.
Even if it’s just five dollars a day, it still requires patience and consistency.

If you are ready, start small. You don’t need a huge budget and you definitely don’t need to go all in right away. A free guide, a checklist, a waitlist… those are great places to start.
It gives you a way to test your messaging, understand your audience, and build momentum without feeling like you’re throwing money away.
