This sweet family is new to the LiLo family and I welcomed them with open arms.

They bid on a photography package I donated at an auction for Walk With Me a non-profit that supports parents who have lost children.  When Elli contacted me, she said that she wanted an urban setting with lots of color.  I think we nailed it!

Denver’s RiNo Art district is one of my favorite places to shoot.  They have so many cool murals and brightly colored areas to choose from!  It is funny to think that when I was growing up, this area was 5 points, which was the most dangerous part of Denver.  I love how they have cleaned up the area and made it a fun, safe place to go.

I am so glad that they have made Colorado their home!  We had to celebrate that in front of my favorite Colorado Mural.

Apparently these two can sometimes rub each other the wrong way (as all brothers and sisters do) but I didn’t see that during our session.  They were all smiles and giggles for me!

Look at these two love birds!!  They just celebrated 20 years together!  Congratulations Scott and Elli!

This alley behind the Denver Central Market is my favorite.  It kind of feels like a movie set, don’t you think?

What kind of LiLo session would it be without some jumping and fun?!

I let Braden and Bailey pick the spots to do their individual pictures and I think they nailed it!  And I had to include this hilarious picture of Bailey.  She had me cracking up!!

This spot used to be my favorite spot in all of RiNo.  I had a black background with a bright, colorful sunburst and I was really sad when we showed up for pictures and it had been repainted.  However, once I got home and saw them in front of the new mural I wasn’t sad anymore.  It photographed WAY better than I thought and these might be my favorite pictures from the session!

This family is fun, adventurous and loves to travel.  Some of that probably stems from the fact that Elli was in the military for a long time and they moved around a lot.

Welcome to the LiLo family Sundahls.  I hope we get to work together again because you guys are the BEST and I had so much fun exploring RiNo with you.
