I know that your first inclination is to go crazy! After all, new branding is exciting! But there is a step before diving in to change your logo: RESEARCH! You need to take inventory of the pros and cons of your brand so far. What’s worked? What hasn’t? And what is the dream for your brand? Doing this kind of brand inventory is WAY more important than your logo or branding colors. 

Make Sure You Know Your Audience

To really get your new branding to stick, know your audience. More particularly, know their pain points. Your audience NEEDS your products and services, but you have to approach their needs from the right angle. Do market research to learn the language they use and how to best speak to them in a way that will cause them to listen.
