Before we talked logos, colors, or layouts, we started with clarity. I walked her through a vision and voice session to uncover the heart of her work. Each of her businesses had different role that contributed to a bigger picture. The thread tying them together was already there; she just couldn’t see it yet.
We got clear on her brand mission, her unique tone of voice, and the emotional journey she wanted her clients to experience. From there, we created brand messaging that could support all three services in one unified brand voice. Confident, calm, and deeply rooted in her values.



Color Palette, Fonts, and Visual Consistency
Next came the visuals. Her previous color palettes didn’t speak to each other or convey her brands essence. We crafted a new color palette that reflected her personality and the emotional feel of her brand. Then fonts were selected to support clarity and flow. These choices carried through into her website and Instagram, creating an immediate sense of trust and recognition.


Instagram Glow-Up
Instagram had become a major pain point. She was managing three separate accounts, each with different aesthetics and overlapping content. It was exhausting and unsustainable. As a result, we developed brand-aligned templates, set up content pillars, and created a posting rhythm that made sense for her life and her audience. Her grid now tells a unified story with clear visuals, strong messaging, and a confident point of view.

The Website Merge
The biggest transformation came when we tackled the rebrand website. Instead of having three separate sites with three different designs, we built one powerful, beautifully designed website that brought all her offers together. Each section of the site was intentionally created to feel like part of a greater whole. Visitors can now land on her homepage and instantly understand who she is, what she does, and how to work with her. We improved navigation, clarified her messaging, and added strategic calls to action to guide users through a seamless experience.
