Family pictures get harder and harder the older your kids get! It is hard to schedule everyone and get them all on board for family pictures, especially once they have flown the nest. I am so thankful that Julie (and her family) made the time and effort to do pictures.
Aren’t they just the cutest little family? I am not going to lie….I kind of wish I was a McCool. They are so fun!
I was lucky enough to do both Shelby and Danielle’s senior pictures, but this was the first time for family pictures (and therefore SISTER pictures). Sister pictures are my favorite!
Colorado weather is so unpredictable! The weather forecast looked pretty good for our session but a few minutes before we started, the wind kicked up and then a few minutes later it started snowing. The big, wet, heavy snowflakes. I have always wanted to do a snow session, but it is so hard to predict. Thankfully this awesome family happened to be in the right place at the right time.
Having adult “kids” made it easier too. They held up well against the snow, wind and cold and didn’t even complain about the snow ruining their hair!
Julie is the mom that I want to be. She is the cool mom and she and her girls have a wonderful relationship. She is cute and spunky and she gives me hope for my future relationship with my boys.
TJ was a real trooper too! Aren’t these two so cute? They still got it after all of these years and she even lets him go moose hunting (and put the proof of his kill in her basement)!
These girls get prettier every time I see them!
Thanks for enduring the cold with me McCools. I love how the pictures turned out!
