Are you ready to smile right along with this adorable family?? Good thing. Because this family is sure to bring a smile to your face!
Not sure if you know, but I am now working part-time doing all things creative at my church and it has been so much fun. It has pushed me to learn new things (hello video and video editing) new programs and pushed me out of my comfort zone in so many great ways. I needed an adorable family to help me with some images for a church project for Christmas. Trying to find a family that fit the right parameters wasn’t too hard as I have known this family for a few years, they are a part of our church AND they live in our neighborhood.
Not only that, but they seriously have the cutest kids that are outgoing, happy and a joy to be around.
Rory is so sweet and helpful and was eager to do whatever I asked of her. Put on roller skates and skate around. Check. Put things into and take things out of boxes. Check. Make bows. Check. She followed instructions perfectly and had just the exact expressions I needed for my photos.
Ryder is full of spunk and joy and all things boy. He LOVED getting to play with the trucks and was equally excited to do whatever I asked of him. His fun little personality makes him a favorite among everyone at church. You can see why!
While we were doing these photos for church, we slipped in a few family photos as well. The perks of being a part of Lisa’s special projects include free family photos.
It was a REALLY snowy day when we had scheduled these photos. If you know me at all, you know that I will do almost anything to avoid driving in the snow. Thankfully, Mike is an expert snow driver and since we live in the same neighborhood, they picked me up! It was nice to not have to worry about the snowy roads and we even scored some Starbucks on the way home! Thanks McCombs!
Hey….no sleeping on the job!
The studio that I am a part of does styled sets for Christmas each year and this year’s set was spectacular. The bright colors and joy were perfect! It was fun to have something a little less traditional and it fit perfectly for what I needed for church.
Thanks guys for being my awesome guinea pigs. I loved getting to know you a little bit more and capturing some fun pictures for church and for you guys.
