When Annie told me that she was starting a new horse therapy business I was happy to jump on board as her Denver commercial photographer. Annie has such a big heart and loves people, so I wanted to let that shine in her branding photos at a barn. Because when you invest in photography for your business, you deserve to have images that will connect you with your ideal clients.
Meet Annie
Annie and I go way back to when our oldest kids were dating each other in middle school. They broke up but we didn’t! And I am so grateful because now I get to be part of new journey with this new business.
Horses became a passion of Annie’s in the last decade. Recently she decided to pair her love of horses with her love of helping people into a business. She has been studying the equine Gestalt coaching method and is passionate about helping parents reconnect with themselves and grow with new dreams and new individuality. How cool is that?
Sawubona Horse Therapy
Annie is currently building a new barn and therapy center in the western foothills of Littleton. This last year she has had to work through loss, some health scares and so many other things. However, that has just made her stronger and a better coach for her clients. The new barn will be completed before we know it and her animals, Kit Kat, Klondike, Rolo, McNugget and so many more, will be ready to help others through horse therapy!
Sawubona (the name of Annie’s new company) is a greeting of the Zulu Tribe meaning “I see you, you are important to me and I value you.” So when I captured this picture I knew it would be the first image on her website….and I was right. I love seeing my photos used on a website. Go check out Annie’s site to see how Denver branding photography can make a huge difference in your business (and to see the wonderful business Annie has created). Capturing a brand and delivering hundreds of images that can be used for websites, social media, brochures, business cards and anything else a company might need, is what I do best!
Branding Photos At A Barn
Denver Branding Photos are much more than just a cute picture of you behind your computer. It is about getting down to the heart of your business and the clients you serve. For Annie, it all about the connection between the horse and the person. As well as helping them work together to heal, grow and move forward.
Another highlight of your brand photography session should be your location. This will help your clients feel comfortable and confident walking into your business for the first time. If you have an outdoor business, like Annie’s brand photos at a barn, then I suggest timing your session for when the lighting is best. This may have to be in the later afternoon or evening to best show your space.
In addition to capturing your passion and your location, I also recommend having a few photos of your family. If you have a personal brand/company, it is SO important to have a family photo! Your family is so much of what makes you, YOU!
Annie, thank you for your friendship and love and thank you for trusting me with your brand photos at a barn. I am so dang proud of you and I can’t wait to see your business grow and become something amazing!
