Meet Amanda

Amanda is a licensed counselor who specializes in young professional woman who are struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burn out, and imposter syndrome.

A branding session is all about different set-ups, outfits and creating a ton of variety! What did that mean for Amanda? The fact that her practice is all ONLINE! Which means sessions with her can be in your car, on your couch, on your way home from work, as you are going for a walk or whatever. That is so freeing and is such a time saver!

At the end of our session, I asked her to get comfy and I love the way she pulled up her hair and was more casual. I think that really speaks to the “comfort” of her practice.
