You have heard me say it a million times, but I will say it again! It is incredibly important to have professional branding photos. These photos can increase your online credibility and ultimately grow your sales! I know one of the roadblocks to booking a session is where to get branding photos done. Where are all these great locations for branding photos anyway?!
I’m telling you now that you don’t have to OWN the “perfect workspace” for your branding photos. You can rent one! It will look amazing, your photos will look incredible, and your personal office can stay as cluttered as it always is…or is that just me?
In my work as a Denver commercial photographer, I know of a lot of location options out there for your branding photos! Let me share with you a few different places where you can get a space.
Home Studio List
Home Studio List is my first recommendation for branding photos. It’s a platform designed specifically for photography, so each location available is already perfectly curated for a shoot. At Home Studio List, the spaces are classified by aesthetic and even break down how good the lighting is (key for photographs). And there are a LOT of different styles available–I’m talking everything from cozy chic to antique luxury, all fully furnished! Prices are set per hour on this one.
Peerspace
Peerspace is another good platform for renting spaces. These spaces are designed to be functional first, so you’ll find more “professional” settings on this platform. I like that Peerspace provides work spaces you can really interact with for your branding photos. We even found a gym! The pros? Peerspace can accommodate large groups. A ton of options are available here, too—162 meeting spaces in Denver.
Airbnb or Vrbo
Of course, Airbnb and Vrbo are also an option whe looking for locations for branding photos. Though a booking here may require a longer reservation time. There are a ton of cute places on these travel platforms, so start hunting! Like many of these other platforms, you’ll have to book a week or two in advance. Also…it doesn’t hurt to ask if they rent by the hour or half day. You might be able to find a steal of a deal!
Rentable Studios
My last recommendation is to look for any rentable photography studio near you! Many photographers will offer rentals of their studios for a set fee. Studios can be nice for portrait work and headshots. The simple backgrounds and bold colors available in a studio are really attractive for branding clients!
My personal favorite in Denver is Realm! The lighting is amazing and it is so versatile.
I’ve had a lot of fun with branding photos in rented studios. Check out this fun look we got with Designs by Beck at the Denver Photo Collective in Lakewood!
