On the 3rd day of #blogmas LiLo brings to you….a new family of three. Okay, so maybe this little guy isn’t super new anymore. But still, who doesn’t love to gaze upon a newborn baby?
Little Archie captured my heart right from the beginning.
I had a string of babies who weren’t so excited about sleeping so it was about time I had a rockstar sleeper. And Archie was just that. A complete rockstar.
I am not even sure that I saw his eyes the entire time I was there. Look at him all curled up.
Because he was so sleepy and wonderful, we were able to do so many great set ups. Look at that colorful carpet in the background and this blanket with his name on it. Swoon.
You can practically smell the newborn freshness, right?
I love these close up shots. With my youngest baby I wanted to capture some closeups so I wouldn’t forget how tiny his little hands and feet were. But I failed miserably because I had a terrible camera and I had no idea what I was doing. I have learned a lot about photography in the last 10 years!
Newborn lifestyle is my favorite. I love incorporating things that are completely unique to each family. That way, each session is different and it matches their house so when the display the photos they are a perfect match. Win/win for sure.
I think my favorite thing about the Brown’s house was this bright yellow ottoman. Doesn’t Archie just look like a ray of sunshine?
The pop of yellow is beautiful. I love baby pastels as much as the next girl, but these bright colors have my heart!
Finally it was time to get Brittany and Nathan in front of the camera. I tell you what….Brittany is so beautiful! Not fair that she looked this good so soon after having a baby. My heart just about melted when Nathan walked in the door from work and saw Brittany and said to her “you look so beautiful”. We all should be so lucky!
He obviously loves his baby boy. I swear he could have just sat there and watched Archie sleep all day long!
First family picture with the three of them.
It is amazing how when you have a baby the world kind of stops and you just want to soak in every minute.
Reflection shot for the win!
Thanks for letting me be a part of your new family Browns. It was a joy and an honor to be there to document baby Archie and his newborn freshness!
Want to see more cute newborn sessions? You should check out Hunter or Vail’s newborn session (who happens to be good friend’s with Archie’s mom). You won’t regret seeing these amazing sessions!
