Who doesn’t love the mountains as a backdrop for Colorado senior pictures? If you don’t, you might be in the wrong place. Are you ready for some best friend senior pictures?
It is kind of difficult to coordinate 3 teenage schedules and 3 mom schedules, especially as the boys wanted to do these up in the mountains. We FINALLY found a date and it rolled around, it was pouring rain. We decided to go for it and drove the 75 minutes up to Fairplay where the boys wanted to go. When we got there, it was still raining so we had dinner at a local bar and waited it out. God smiled on us and the clouds lifted just in time for us to get some epic pictures.
My son is a senior this year. 😭😱 If you want to see his full Littleton Senior Pictures session, click here.
He has the BEST friends!!
I thank my lucky stars that Makai ended up in the same Kindergarten class as Landon. They quickly became best friends and now 13 years later are planning to room together at college.
I feel like there should be a TV show called “Everybody Loves Landon” because he is THAT kid. Sweet, nice, fun, helpful, and on and on. If Makai ever says “can Landon and I….” he really doesn’t need to finish the sentence because the answer is always yes. I am so grateful that he has a group of friends that I trust and that I know are going to make good decisions.
How can you not just love this kid?
Then you add my nephew Josiah into the mix and it gets even better. Makai and Josiah are only 12 days apart so they were forced to be friends since birth.
To know Josiah is to love him. He is SO MUCH FUN!
He brought along his late Grandpa Larry’s giant flag and I fell in love.
He has a big personality and has strong opinions and convictions and I love that about him.
I couldn’t get over this gigantic flag! Perhaps I need to borrow it again. It even looks good in black and white!
Josiah….always making people laugh and smile. I love his red hair and the fact that his eyes match his hair!! I am jealous.
We all live within a block or two of each other (including Ethan who is a year older but still spends tons of time with them) and our families have all become best friends as well. #lucky
I can’t believe our “babies” are adults and will be going to college in a few months. However, I am thankful they have each other, and that our families live close together.
I am so dang proud of you boys and I can’t wait to see how God is going to continue to lead you in the coming years.
