This family has done matching Christmas pictures for years. However, this was the first time I had them in front of MY camera for this special occasion.
Tammy loves getting her grandkids all dressed up for Christmas and doing kid pictures. Over the years the kids have grown, they have added new grandkids and moved from doing pajamas to cute shirts (it is hard to get teenagers to agrees to public family photos in pajamas).
Not only is this a cute family….but they are a part of MY cute family. My sister married into this family a few years ago and they have embraced my sister and her kids with open arms. I am so grateful for their love and acceptance and they have included all of us in their love. How cool is that??
Shurie is the best Aunt and it is funny that now she is the almost the shortest of the bunch.
Look at all of these beautiful ladies.
Isn’t Shurie gorgeous???
Joe and Tammy are so lucky to have such great grandkids.
This was a tough picture to get…..they had a hard time keeping straight faces, but they are a good looking crew.
I think these guys look alike, don’t you???
After we finished the big group pictures, my sister and her crew stuck around and we did some family pictures of the seven of them.
Julie and Levi have a new baby…..a westy van. And she is a beauty!!
Can you spot the difference in this photo?
Having RSC (red solo cup- that is the name of the van because it is ready to party) along for the photos was a huge bonus.
If the Sculkey kids had a band, this would be their album cover.
Blending a family is SO difficult, but these guys have navigated those difficult waters beautifully. The kids all genuinely get along and have fun together.
The way they decorated the van was so cute! Next year I am going to do some mini sessions with this van. Who’s in??
Josiah is such a ham and when he jumped up and struck this pose, I had to capture it and of course it became my favorite.
The RSC couldn’t be in ALL the photos, so we captured a few with the mountains in the background. Check out my brother-in-law and his kids.
I have the best nieces and nephews on BOTH sides of the family.
Charlie wasn’t about to be left out of the photos. Clearly, he is starved for attention.
He is such a good boy.
It is funny because when my sister pulled up, she was very underwhelmed with the background. However, when she saw the photos she was overwhelmed and told me how much she doubted me. HAHAHAHA. Just goes to show you that you can trust me when it comes to choosing a location. Just look at my beautiful sister and her kids.
We did this same pose about 7 years ago and it was fun to recreate it.
It is so nice to have family that you genuinely enjoy spending time with and I am even more grateful for a “bonus” extended family on the Scullion side. Want to see last year’s session with the Sculkey’s? Check it out here.
