Meet the beautiful Jade.

She is a Columbine Rebel and she has the most beautiful hair. Not that those two things are related, I am just stating the facts.

We went to the beautiful Hudson Gardens. I don’t shoot there very often, so this was a real treat.

What a beauty.

You know I am a sucker for a red barn!

Jade is a rockstar basketball star.

Unfortunately, she tore her knee just a few days before we did her senior pictures. Which means she was in quite a bit of pain during the session and it was tough for her to get around.

So the good news is, a few months later we did a re-do.

We got together again for a little mini session after her knee surgery and recovery.

Even in late summer, Bear Creek Lake Park is gorgeous.

So much better! She was able to be pain free and move freely.

Look at her big, beautiful, brown eyes.

Plus, who doesn’t want two different sessions to choose from.

Jade, I am so glad you are all healed and I hope you are able to have a regular basketball season for your senior year.
