Do you have an FAQ guide for your potential clients?? When you’re first getting started as a Denver commercial photographer, it can be hard to know where to invest your time!
In my experience, I’ve found that having a guide is one of the best investments for growing your business. Here’s everything you need to know about this important practice!

What is a Denver Commercial Photographer FAQ Guide??
An FAQ guide, (which stands for frequently asked questions), is a list of pre-answered, commonly asked questions that a client may have when booking a session with a Denver commercial photographer. FAQ guides are designed to set expectations for the process, what to expect along the way, timelines, provide information about specific fees or regulations, etc.!
Being able to educate your client as soon as they inquire/book you is incredibly helpful for you AND them. Let’s explore a few reasons why you need to build an FAQ guide, stat.

Prepare Your Client
An FAQ guide helps your clients get ready. As soon as your client expresses interest in your service, you should be prepared to follow up their inquiry with an FAQ guide, answering all their questions before they even ask them. This practice keeps the lead warm, AND it gives your client some peace of mind about your service!
Plus, your clients may get more information than they even anticipated! That will really make you look like an expert.

Save Yourself Time (and MONEY)
A strategic guide that answers their questions even before they ask them saves you time. You may be surprised to hear this, but as a Denver commercial photographer, you already have a million back-and-forth emails to send. Instead of answering the same questions over and over and over again, nip the issue in the bud by sending them FAQ’s and helpful information in the form of a guide.
Of course, it’s so important to build a relationship with your client. But sending your FAQ guide will help you sift through unique questions and the run-of-the-mill ones. Your time is valuable, so build systems that will support you long-term!

Don’t Forget to Format Like a Professional Denver Commercial Photographer
You might not know this, but your guide should fit right in with the rest of your branding and online style. I highly recommend using Canva (or purchasing an alternate template) to make your guide look pretty and branded. Remember that looking professional is half the battle, especially when it comes to new clientele. It also makes you look more high end which means….you can charge more!

An Extra Spot for Branding Photos
And don’t forget: you can use your branding photos to make the guide look amazing! I mean….your photos, done in your branding colors, and featuring your own products and services? Yes, please!
